Just want to get a value on this because I'm looking to get my final backpack value before I sell it. Here's everything I sold it for http://oi43.tinypic.com/5eyjax.jpg. Because it's the only one in the game i'm very unsure of how it's gift tag would effect the price. I guess it would just come down to how much a collector would be willing to pay for it. The items at the time hadn't been valued on bp.tf so I would value them at whatever their earliest confirmed price voting was. Anyway i'd really like to just get a price on this. Thanks.

I think you'll need to highlight that Duty Rag in another screenshot just to confirm the effect. I'm sure you're telling the truth, but people around here get really fussy with things like that.

why would he even wrap the unusual anyways?
It was traded from a f2p. I believe the owner of this I traded this from provided the f2p with a wrap, max's head and a bills hat. Whether or not that's a lie I don't know.
f2p are opening crates? oh god this is worse then them breeding. wait how did he manage to open a crate?
Must have been a donation from a friend I guess, that or he managed to get some items from other players and worked his way up to a key.
F2P can't wrap things. I say it cause i dropped a crate 40 7 months ago in a f2p account. also there is in the wiki in the f2p faq.
Well since about 5-6 days a go the hound dog was un-tradable and when the guy before me owned it, it was un-tradable then too. So I just believed what I was told :P
hey sorry this is kinda spam I haven't played the game in ages..what are the new effects good for? are they like normal unusuals or can they only be used in mvm? and what was/is the community's reaction? I find most effects pretty unexciting..time warp looks kinda nice I guess, but the rest is pretty boring right?
They are like normal unusuals... well, actually, they're more like the halloween effect unusuals, because you can only get them under certain conditions (in this case, a single crate). They're active on any map and are otherwise the same as any other unusual hats.
As for my personal option, I think Time Warp, Green Black Hole, and maybe Phosphorous are the best of the new effects. Most of the others are pretty underwhelming. The community reacted nicely to them, though many others asked why there were so many new hats and why not weapons/maps. The new SteamPipe system doesn't support those, anyway.
Stormy duty rag is 21-28 keys, an old price that is still somewhat correct ( http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/11154198 - BO 28 keys). I counted 29 new robo-hats in there, and even if we value all the robo hats combined as a generous 1 bud value, the suggested price is still higher than what you paid. Also, a compounding factor is the issue that the hat is gifted, so a clean one might have a higher value. But we don't know that as of now. As it stands, the suggested price is too high.
