a blizzard tc = 5.1–5.8 buds

With unusual overpay = 4.8-5.5 buds, not sure why you put a price of 5 solid.

Middle value of 5.5*.9(90%) = 4.95, rounding up, it's 5

due to the fact that there are multiple on the market, it needs a range hence 4.8-5.5 being more acurate than 5.
