So where do you get a 2 bud high price? The outpost trader even went under his declared minimum in the end.

He got a bit under 2 buds for it, as the guy who bought it added sweets. The hat sold for this general range though.

Maybe you can add him and ask for screenie to show what sweets were. Btw offers?

The other offers were low, he rejected all of them. The highest other offer he got was a P. Energy Football Helm (1.5-1.8) after he sold it.

Not bad, but the seller said bud + 20 keys + sweets. Since we don't know what the sweets are, and the seller doesn't have anything of particular value in his bp, I'm not sure what happened.

It appears that is so. Perhaps he cashed the promos out?

UPDATE:

I talked with the seller and he said the sweets were minor random stranges.

He also said he cashed out the promos for games.
