Just remember: I try to be honest with every offer that I list, and unusual overpay is accounted for using the nine tenths ratio! Please, if you were going to say that and would otherwise have nothing useful to say, please refrain from doing so to prevent from making yourself look bad.

Green Energy Dead Cone

Last price change was a whopping 10 months ago, and came without any sort of proof.

- Blizzardy Storm Respectless Rubber Glove (18 keys) + Blizzardy Storm Hot Dogger (17.1 keys) = 35.1 keys (1.5 buds) | Seller wanted 6-7 keys in sweets (Would add up to 41 keys, or 1.75 buds converted). Offer came the same day as a minor bud increase.

- Stormy Storm Frenchman's Beret (22.5 keys) | Seller wanted to add sweets adding up to 1-1.4 buds, buyer said his hat was worth 1.4 buds and wouldn't do it, but the C/O was still added. Offer came shortly after a bud increase a day prior.

- Blizzardy Storm Large Luchadore (1.62 buds) | Seller wanted 5 keys in sweets, buyer said no, but the C/O was still added (overall value would equate to 1.87 buds).

Next, here are two semi-old closed trades. Yes, both of them are 2 months past and may not be the best proof, but considering how long it's been since the last update, I don't think it would be bad to mention them:

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9373514 - Same hat as the one in the open lot. Apparently sold for a Stormy Storm Vintage Merryweather. Back then, the price was 1.395 buds (1.4 rounded, because who would want to do all of that calculating?).

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9423101 - Again, same hat as the one in the other listings. This is where the current owner got the hat. Here, he offered a Green Energy Berliner's Bucket Helm (2.07 buds) and a "heack loads fo sweets". However...

http://backpack.tf/vote/id/5160abe9ba25360e33000001 - Here is a price suggestion that was made by the current owner of the hat. Here, it was stated that he bought the Cone for a Green Confetti Lucky Shot plus a bud (stated as 1.95 buds middle-end).

Taking all listed proof into account, the current range is looking pretty good, but leaving it as-is is out of the question. The lower range still holds steady at 1.4, with a confirmed sale near that end and the lowest known C/O from the current seller hanging near there. However, the high end looks like it should settle at a round 2 buds. After all, you do have one sale lying there, and some of the offers that the seller has on his lot lurch pretty close to that edge.

I have no other comments or complaints about this matter. Constructive criticism, as much as I hate it, will be accepted and looked over. Proof and counterproof concerning this suggestion will also be accepted, just drop me a tip to fill me in on what I might have missed. :)
