Looks good, did some research and there is currently no higher offers than 13 on outpost. Upvote.

Note: There are 4 on outpost. 2 of them are gifted and duped, and the owners are getting c/os of around 46 keys. I know this doesn't matter, just found it interesting.

I guess its the most cancerous hat, most cancerous effect, and the duping/gifting is "cancerous" so some people think the combination is worth more?
