Never a suggestion has been approved about this unusual since 10 months ago.
It's a rare hat, there are only three in the world, so I can't search tons of trades from the Outpost, but the range and both end are outdated and I have proof to change them. To make this suggestion I have considered the 90% for the unusual offers and a bud as 24.5 keys.

- Knife Storm Trilby (~2.8 buds) + 1 bud + Uncraftable Flip-Flops (~11.5 keys) + Uncraftable Lucky No. 42 (~6.5 keys) = 4.53 buds. Rejected by the owner.
- Team Spirit Max's Severed Head (~2.3 buds) + 2 buds = 4.3 buds. Rejected by the owner.
- My offer of 4.5 buds. Rejected by the owner.
- Green Energy Grimm Hatte (~3.7 buds) + 2 buds = 5.7 buds. Fresh offer, just 14 hours ago. Rejected by the owner too. magsee will start to consider offers around 6 buds.
- 5 pure. Rejected by the owner.

And I'm going to show some proof when I bought the hat just 1 week ago. I bought it from Slonjara for 4 buds and 16 keys (a bud was 23 keys) so it's around 4.7 buds. Conclusion: the lowest purchase was for 4.5 buds around 3 weeks ago, now the owners already got offers of 5 pure and higher, even rejected an offer of 5.7 buds. One of them will start to consider offers around 6 buds.

Did you calculate Unusual Overpay? And where the hell does the 6 Bud High Range come from? I don't see it in your proof.
Yes, I have calculated the unusual overpay. I have taken the middle of the price of each unusual and I have multiplied it by 0.9. And the high end of 6 buds is because the owner has rejected an offer of 5.7 buds and he wants to consider offers around 6 buds, so I didn't put 5.7 buds as high end because he has ALREADY rejected it.
At this point, you really can't use 6, even if it's the lowest the seller will take. There needs to be proof that buyers are willing to pay that much. Since 5.7 was rejected 5.8 would probably be safe, but I don't think you can pull off the 6.
How old are the offers that you looked at? Since the price was set so long ago and there are few trades/sales, if you can find older relevant offers they may be useful for this suggestion.
The proof is about current offers. I have created all my unusual suggestions about active trades, no one told me to search about trades closed months ago.
I'm just saying if you are looking to prove the 6, otherwise I don't see enough proof of it. Also, your second link is only 2 days old, but the hat was not recently sold. He had a previous trade 1 month ago that may provide more offers. It's just a suggestion. I've seen previous suggestions similar to this, with few on the market and no recent sales that include older offers to show the interest/demand for a hat. Take it or leave it, just an idea.
Thank you for this suggestion, the price was in desperate need of an update. I just wanted to wait until I sold it before doing that myself (I am the guy from the first trade).
I myself bought the hat about three months ago for around 5.5 mixed and have not seen one go for less than 4.5 since then, same observations as Duff.
I agree that 6 might be a bit high for the range, partly because of the price suggested here and partly because you can probably get a higher effect for that price already. Still I believe 5.7-5.8 should be possible.
As far as the second trade goes, that guy never responds and his trades always get closed due to inactivity, not sure if he is even selling at all.

No offers of 6 and wasn't sol for close to that either.
Lower the 6 would help imo.
better than old range and rejecting 5.7 is very close to 6
