Alright, let's try this again!
Would like to put the price up for this,
There is only one that I know of, so this is tracking the sale of one hat.
Proof of pricing::
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10939151 >> Unknown Selling price *
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/11127997 >> Sold for a Stormy Storm Desert Marauder and some sweets (1.5-1.7 in unusual)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/11185245 >> Sold (with Blizzard Luchadore+ Small sweets) for Sulphurous FR-0**
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/11189068 >>Sold at 2 buds and 10 keys. (2.4)
as me and the seller negotiated over Steam I will post proof of the trade:

*Could not contact the seller
** Contacted the seller and was provided information.
**The C/Os of Sulphurous FR-0's in the market are as follows:
-Stormy 13th Hour Brigade helm (5.7-6.2) http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/11193838
-Green Energy Conjuror's Cowl + Blizzardy Storm One-Man Army + 1 bud pure (5.4-6.3) http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/11008659
-Blizzardy Brown Bomber (6.4-6.9) http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10901607
No notable offers on Sulph FR-0: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/11157437
the C/O range for Sulphurous FR-0 is 5.4-6.9 buds
Going with the Blizzard Luchadore (1.7-1.9) subtracted from that
3.7-5 is the approximate value of the Electrostatic Pencil Pusher in that trade.
However without any proof of the trade that occurred for the FR-0 and no set price, I would feel more comfortable marking the range at just 1.7-2.4
As we have no evidence of the trade besides word of mouth.
Upvoted for this proof, as it seems that 1 is in existance.
