seeing many 18 key offers

some going over 20 keys, not counting 1.2 buds in range.

In your first link, all the offers are in the current range.

In the second link, the 17 key offer is in the range.

In the third link:

The one bud offer if the seller adds 5 - Buds were 21-22 keys at the time, making the offer 16 or 17 keys at most

So in conclusion, most of the offers are in the current range. Not sure what's up with those unusual offers, but they seem to be pretty good.

No one is offering 14 or 15 keys. I removed all of the 16 key offers because they were either outdated or instantly rejected.

17 keys seems to be a rarity, so I went with 18.

The range has shifted from what I've seen.

I dont see any reason for such a high price as 21.

17-19 maybe better
