I bought mine at 19 keys, it was not a quicksell, I offered 19 keys on a trade server and he accepted it.

I later sold it for 25 keys, it ended up being a bud, I would have insisted on the extra key however since it is possible to get 25 keys for a bud I did not see the need to argue.

Conclusion -

High Value of 25 for two offers at 25 keys, the actual 25 keys and the unusual overpay, with the possibility of the bud sales if you consider buds at 25.

Low Value based on the sale at 19 keys that was not a quicksale.
