Does not count as a mixed offer because pure only accounts for under 25%, so will be multiplied by .9, not .95.
Items in keys: 6.7 (PDA) + 9 (Bills)+ 10 (Juju) = 25.7 keys / 24 keys = 1.07 buds
Items in buds: 3.8 (Exec) + 1 (pure) + 1.07 = 5.9 x .9 = 5.31, or 5.3 buds

I'd recommend you to close this suggestion. He never had an unusual worth above 1 bud and looking at his comments I can say for sure he has no experience in unusual trading. Anti-freeze is one of the most expensive effects from new crates along with roboactive. While stormy Barnstormers are above 2 buds, this one is 5.3? I know you like basing your proof on facts / actual sales but since the unboxer is unexperienced trader and the amount he sold this hat for is obviously too low, I'm downvoting. It's too early to set a price for this hat.
It's the only one of it's kind, and it's no longer on the market. So doesn't he dictate the price? You can't just say that this is a terrible suggestion on the grounds that he sold it for too little...
It's also not too early to set a price when it's had time to sell and now there's none on the market.
And finally, it's kinda ironic
to call this suggestion terribleto change it to request I close this suggestion when I just looked at some of your own...Check the date when I made my suggestion maybe? That was jsut after I joined bp.tf but this is not related to this suggestion. You know you are setting a low price for this hat and it's obviously worth more. What if first Burning TC was sold for 10 buds while blizzardy one is 7 buds? Would it make any sense? Anti-freeze is obviously cheaper than burning (IMO) but this is still a high-tier effect. Look at stormy and blizzardy KE / TC / Modest / etc and you'll see a HUGE gap between the value of these effects. 1 sale is not enough to open a suggestion, especially if the previous owner is a novice trader.
Opinions really don't matter, and sometimes the order of effects are different based on hats (sometimes burning is the highest, other times it's Cloudy, and sometimes it's Secret).
I go where the proof leads, and I'm not going to let this go just because this one guy apparently sold it for too little in your opinion.
Looking at how unusuals are priced on this site, I won't be surprised if this one passes, too. Well, why would I care anyway, I made an obvious point that got ignored. Whatever, good luck anyway.

It sold for 5.3 after overpay. So why should the price be more? He wasn't quickselling.
Bonus question: If this suggestion is wrong, what do you think it's worth?
He started trading just 1 month ago. As I already said, the owner had only cancerous unusuals worth under 1 bud and that was just 1 week ago(nuts handle and then planets gym rat). Then he unboxed a NEW hat with NEW effect and sold it within 3 days, and never got a decent offer what already tells a lot. I just don't see what's so difficult to understrand here. And as I stated, it's difficult to set a price for this hat at the moment but it's way above 5 buds for sure, and whne it sells again, you'll see this. From my own experience I would say it's worth between 15-17 buds, not sure, maybe more, maybe less.
If a new one comes on the market, we'll see for sure.
for the 3 line of your suggestion make sure to add in the s.pda cause it looks like it's only the 4 of them, better than before for sure.

Maybe Crabislav has a point, and this hat can be sold for more. But for now, it's the only sale and we'll track it. It can always be changed in the future
