Seeing as the only one on the market REJECTED an offer above 7, I say it's pretty fair. The one I got had been off the market for months.

That particular hat is in the hands of someone who always overvalues his own items. I wouldn't be surprised if he rejects 8 buds, if it was even offered. I don't like basing a price on a potentially outlier offer.

I doubt it's an outlier - and even if it was, the Pot alone has sold for 7 pure just a short while ago.
