Are there more sources you can find, or even ones that are possibly selling or actually sold for less other than Outpost?

Added some bazaar trades and ones that are selling for less 1.33 ref I am not going to add due to fact all craft hats are 1.33 ref and usually quickselling.

First of all, how these people can sell this for 1.33 one week if scrap.tf is buying every hat for 1.33...
