Yeah, the ranges get adjusted whenever key prices go up, which is frequently.

TS Bill's + 6 keys is not 15 keys really.

I'd say 13-14 would be better

A Bill's hat itself is ~8 keys. Team spirit is 1.2 Keys. Even accounting for price loss for using the paint, that's definitely at lot closer to 15 (8+1+6 = 15) than 14 - and where did 13 come from? Even 8+6 = 14, not even counting the paint.

I counted it at 8.5 keys, usually paint loses around half it's value when put on a hat.
