There's very minimal proof for this hat. Any unusual can get at least 12 keys and it needs a range, and why do you think it's an outlier? It was an offer made, if it was something like 16 keys or higher, then yes it's definitely an outlier.

Any unusual can get at least 100 buds if the person is stupid. It already has a range.

A range of 11-13, if you can show me some proof for a high end of 13, I'll gladly change it, but with the proof I could find it shows a high end of 14.

1st link is pointless cause it has no offers and has a b/o of 16 keys.

Like I said in a comment before I was just including the 2 on the market to show it shouldn't go any higher, and that offer means nothing since it's below the suggested range. I've shown that this hat has sold for 14 keys and a 12 key unusual. I also see you commented on my other suggestion too, please read through the proof and comments before commenting on the suggested price, there's more than enough proof on both of them to warrant a change.
