On Outpost is some trades when the loowest price is 27 keys.

Others have B/O around 1,3 but that doesn't matter. Most offers hang around 20 keys.
Due to that buds have raised, 1 bud is in the current range. Anyway, you are absolutely right, good counterproof and since there is no proof for this suggestion, downvote of course.
