One offer over 14 keys (14-15 could be 14 only) but somebody is still sellig at 13 since 1 day. Therefore 12-14 should cover the price pretty good.

Yes but it can include this one. The link was accepted on other suggestions aswell and as said: Every unu. has to be over 11 keys.
where was it accepted? and proof cant be "can be". it needs to be 100%

im not going against the suggestion at all. im simply saying that that link cant be used unless you're 100% sure its for that hat
