Well I'm not so sure about that, as the trader stated that he/she was not selling,so why would he/she note an offer to buy the item?

Downvote as high profile 1 buy request should not determine the price of the whole batch.
Gather more evidence of it being traded for 1 key before setting the price.
Before you say that, how about you go check the reams of evidence that exist for this item? Then you might change your mind.

So we're just kinda making up a price for an item without any real proof of demand? Even the one trade you provided, I looked through all the comments and I don't see anywhere of this being sold off or even offered on.
I think we need a little more proof before doing anything with this one.

I don't understand how exactly I'm suppose to provide counter-proof when I don't even see proof to begin with. There aren't any offer on this on the link you've provided for the stocking. I see for plenty of other dirty hats, but only one point where it's referenced and there isn't a price attached to it.
If you could be so kind as to pointing out in there where this offer is in that trade.
