There is only one on the market, and it's duped. I have personally received offers in the 18 range (burning swagmans + blizzard luchadore, burning fed-fightin fedora + 2 in sweets, etc) and I have taken it off the market since then. The only other clean one that was for sale recently sold for a robo-active HWNN + a harvest moon cowl. These are rare on the market, especially clean ones (since tc's were mass duped, duped ones are worth sufficiently less than clean ones.) Before that, the same clean one sold for a beams reggae + scorching drills hat.

Well then perhaps 18 is at the higher end of the spectrum, however 12-14 is untenably low and needs to be updated.
