Well that means he'll buy any unusual in the range of 12-16, the lowest being 12.

Unless he explicitly states he will buy any unusual for 12 keys, that link should not be used as proof. He is buying unusuals in that range, true. But that doesn't mean he will buy ANY unusual for 12 keys.

Even ignoring the two quickbuyers, sales and offers indicate the range is correct

You mistake my intent. I think your range is correct because you show other sales. My purpose is to get rid of the notion that people can make suggestions based entirely on Woifi's now outdated thread without other proof. Show proof from actual sales and it is totally valid. I just don't want you to use those links in the future
