Fetti has been rising exponentially and the only guy on OP who wants less than 3, his hat is gifted.
I agree that fetti effects have been shooting up lately and may or may not need a bump up BUT it's no point raising it's value if people arnt willing to pay the price, you'll need proof of offers within your suggested price.

Wow this is funny. Try reading the rules for how to make a suggestion next time. Can you make it any more obvious you're looking to raise your backpack value?

One of them on Outpost has no offers.
Another has an offer around 43 keys in items, which needs to account for overpay, and is already in the current range.
Another offer was able 37 keys in mixed unusual + 1 bud.
Another offer was a steaming kabuto worth 1.6 buds, and doesn't account for overpay.
We can go on and on here, even if the effect is starting to gain more traction, it doesn't warrant a price raise of nearly a full bud.
