It's a rather small market, so I can see this being good counter-proof. However, so far, it's the only one I have seen selling it for that much.

I've been buying these fairly regularly for .66

I have no way of telling if people were quickselling though.

Only one of those has actually sold it, and the other one is barely bumped. The first link is acceptable counter-proof, the second one... not so much.

The buyer and seller agreed to a price, which counts as sold in my opinion. I realize that some of them may still be in their backpacks, but I chalk that up to unable to contact one another.
