An original hat from the SvS update with in my opinion, one of the most underrated effects, 'Fetti. I am listing all the trades on outpost, and since there are only two, a decent history for each one. There are only 19 in the game, so two trades + history should be enough. before him: only trade involving it was 6 months old, which is older than the previous suggestion.
