The guy didn't have 2 buds, he said when he got them.

id suggest putting the price of the unusuals that he declined. makes it easier so we dont have to go and look up the price ourselves

k, well according to backpack.tf, the ghost ushanka is 1.4-2, and the cauldron bubbles hound dog is 1.8-2.3 buds

you need proof of one actually selling, and if none exist on outpost, the price shouldn't be changed. If you want, you can check the item's previous owners by clicking on it. Look and see what they sold it for.
