There's also this trade (http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10685126) which sold for a Foppish Physician (1.66-2 ref), but I believe that the guy who bought it was overpaying for it, seeing as he renamed it to "Gen Awp Squad Badge" after getting it, suggesting he wanted it for personal use and was willing to overpay.
