look into that last link, as its sold a couple times in the past month, and try to find more sales from there. Id suggest gathering a little more proof, and trying to make a smaller or more accurate range from there.

this is definitely more accurate than the current price, and I do agree that 3 for beams noir is probable, but id still recommend looking into these sales/offers and see if they fit your range and stuff like that
The first link, Sunbeams Charmer's seems to go for ~6-7, so that offer is probably somewhere between 9-10.
Second link, does look like someone was able to get for 8, but offer is now a month old. More recent offers in my 2nd link suggest at least 8.5.
Third link is hard to judge sale price as he sold multiple unusuals for a high tier unusual (cloudy moon jefe + lantern bonk)
Fourth link, not sure about this one. Seems like the backpack.tf price is outdated, but hard to find real sale data on the harvest Fedora.
