Scorching Flames Hazmat Headcase (30 buds)
This was accepted before but the changes knocked it down more than 13% of what the value should have been.
I bought mine for 30 buds pure

Both other owners of the hat besides me rejected the 30 buds pure offer.
Old owner of this had C/os of moon modest + 3 and a burning hazmat 1:1.
This is the only working effect. It's rare and 1 of 3
I was offered 30 pure privately a few weeks after I bought it but I rejected that, no proof of that though.
Its a very conservative suggestion but I don't really have proof for a higher one.

It's really annoying though - I provided proof for a modest price raise for my unusual as its price was outdated, now it's still for nothing because the prices changed.

If the reason you are suggesting a change is because YOUR hat fell in price when Buds and/or Keys went up, then this suggestion needs to be closed. That's not a valid reason to make a new suggestion. If it was, then EVERY Unusual listed on this site needs to be re-suggested since ALL Unusuals have dipped in Buds/Keys due to the recent increases in Buds/Keys. Remember, backpack.tf saves all Unusual prices in Real $ so if you want to show someone the accurate price of your hat, take the listed $ value and divide it by the price of buds. Your will see that your Unusual has not lost any value at all. The Admins will not accept a price change on the status of "My Unusual went down in Buds, because Buds went up". They will just say your Unusual is actually the same in price and has not lost any value, and you should look at the $ value not anything else since that is how they are saved in the system. I know it sucks, but that's just the way it is. I myself have been dissatisfied by this awkward system but Brad has not made a change and frankly, I doubt he is going too. Not trying to rain on any parade here, but it seemed like people just do not understand the system and I'm just trying to inform and help. Your issue is one that should be taken up in the forums and not by arbitrarily changing one Unusual price. I feel your annoyance on this, as do we all. The reason I'm making a suggestion is because the price was significantly off, not because it was my hat. Also I spoke to a couple admins before posting this and they told me if the bump price changed more than 10% you should make another suggestion, if not just refrain. Also it has been taken up and the forums and I was informed it was ending worked on and that until that time we should keep making suggestions to keep prices accurate provided its a large difference of 10% or more.
