People are not buying this at 3 keys....

This is worth two keys, not three. You can upgrade buying two keys from the store so really this item should be similar.

You can upgrade by buying a $0.49 weapon in the store. By your logic this should be worth a weapon then.

Some people have zero steam wallet money and can't buy from the store, so they have no other option than to abide to the prices set by traders.

I barely sold one of these for 2 keys 1 ref.

I would have instantly bought it for 2.2 keys! =P
