I know that, my point was that I've never seen him accept a suggestion before or even comment on a suggestion.

I've never seen any mod accept a suggestion. That'd be kind of creepy. Anyways I get what you're trying to say, but Soundtrack is usually online during the nighttime hours in the U.S. since he lives in Singapore. That's why you don't 'see' him accept as much, nor would I think you or most people check to actually see which mod accepted what if it isn't controversial.

Whats so weird of 0.75? its just 3/4 which equals to 4 ref , 4-5 seems too high between ranges as i have already explained ...

'cause there is no such thing as .75 key. .75 of a bread is okay. If I got a bread I can break it in four pieces, and give 3 away. I can't break a key into 4 pieces, can I now? (if I can, tell me how, I'm pretty sure collectors would pay nice prices for .75 keys)

Actually, .8 is 4 refined. Keys are 5 refined now, so 1 refined = .2 of a key

No , keys are 5.11-5.33 , so 5.22 * 0.75 = 3.91

And since 4/5.22 = 0,76628352490421455938697318007663 , 0.75 is the best number

if it's 4 ref, why not use 4 ref?

4th time... because 4-5.33 was a GIGANTIC range... , and so is 4-5

Ranges below one key should use refined, not .75 keys, that's unbelievably stupid. I have no idea why the last one got accepted.
