    A lot of the paints and strange parts valued in ref seem to be moving up.

      because the only way to get them is: 1. random drop (low chance) 2. mann. co painting set (not much on outpost atm, pretty expensive), 3. buy from store (cost in money, and as ref decreases in value, paints will rise)
