Suggestion: Tour of Duty Ticket at 2.22–2.33 ref

So yeah... that should be enough, very difficult to find for 2 refined, all of them selling for 2.11 are snatched up, during my selling and buying link finding, I saw a lot of common people who buy for low and selling for high. Just feels it needs an update and 2.00 is obselete and 2.11 is sort of a "quicksell" when it comes to these.

**Note, price used to be ~1.33 when keys were low around 2.66 so just ignore those buyer, who have not update their prices and only adds are months ago**

looks like tickets are going up again.. i only got 1 for 2 ref in the past week

To make it simple, it was 3 ToD + .66 for 8 ref, or 7.33 ref / 3 = 2.44 each.

As my trade is mentioned in the suggestion, I've been selling them at 2.33 with no problems for over two weeks now.

I agree, very few can buy for 2.22 or less and 2.22 seems a bit rare. 2,33 is the most common price.

scrap.tf is still managing to buy at 2.11 and not really selling quickly at 2.33 so i think 2.11-2.33 is a better range. also i've been moderately successfully buying at 2.11.

And scrap.tf doesn't count as proof.

Bites that Carbs/Silvers don't even cover the cost of the ticket anymore.

Worst part about it is there isn't even new maps to meet the demand of the price raising. Doesn't really make much sense why all these tickets are being bought out suddenly. Good thing I stopped buying tickets with ref to feed my MvM addiction. Hit 90 tours on expert yesterday. Check my badge if you don't believe me ;)

Lots of proof, too bad 99% of it is more than 2 weeks old. Then again, I buy them by the ton at 2.22 - 2.33 to sell them on the market for 'steambucks' and I don't really care if the low range goes away so whatever.

And posting links of people's backpacks doesn't count as counter proof, just because their trade says buying tickets 2.11 and they have tickets in their backpack doesn't necessarily mean they bought them at 2.11, he could have felt like playing so he payed a simple 2.33 the last link is the only evidence of a sale at 2.11 you have from that

I buy at least 1 at 2 refined a day, if not more depending on whether it's weekday or weekend.

I don't think the price is this high.

Could provide screenies if necessary but right now it's too much effort unless there's request for it.

I buy for 2.22 and sell for 2.33, and boy do I sell out fast. Nobody sells at 2.11 when I buy, so this statement seems pretty accurate.

So you are suggesting I close the suggestion with +1500 votes to increase the price a scrap... I'm agreeing that it should be 2.11-2.33 now but don't you have some provision so we don't have to waste so much effort waiting another week, getting more links and tolerating more people on these suggestions?

Unfortunately, not. Though I expect the second suggestion won't be a 3 day waiter. The major issue seems to be with the 2.11 spot, there should be a more solid agreement with the new range which will allow for it to be passed without so much of a delay.

Alright I can start collecting more evidence and when I feel sufficient I can post 2.11-2.33 thanks for the advice

I play alot of mvm. But it varies what people are willing to pay. I will say this though. It seems at some point a 2 4 1 initiative came into being with a key. So in theory, There is no reason why this wont rise further to the actual cost of half a key in metal.... ie 2.6 per ticket

But on the other hand. In my country i can get 4 tickets for the cost of 1 key in the mann co store. So its literally what the poor people are willing to be sharked for will make or break the rising..

I feel it should be even higher, as I see the majority of trades completed being 2 tickets for 1 key. The demand of these things are flying through the roof.

None of these needed a bump to sell.

I also play a lot of MVM (Currently tour 111) and have no issues of finding 2 and 2.11 refined through my trades on outpost and tf2tp on a daily basis. 2.22 is a viable price as well and 2.33 may have some traction to it. I think you need to still include 2.11 refined on the bottom end as that is still a viable buying price and represents the market conditions. Ramses (ABOVE MY COMMENT) even shows people who were selling for 2.11 that sold and I don't have issues with buying at 2.11 ref through my many trade requests.

Just bought 2 more for 2.11 from my tf2tp trade that is still open. Person did not leave an offer and added me directly for the trade. after tonight, you will only see new BK in my backpack. If I am finding sellers this easily, so should everyone else.

2 ref seems a bit low, but some of your 2.11 buyers have had success. They have tickets in their bp, even if the trade didn't get any comments. Comments also show some purchases at 2.11 ref, so maybe it is a better low price?

While this have plenty of REAL proof and it can't get approved by moderator, Robohats are being voted to drop and approved almost DAILY using quicksales as proof....

Those quicksells are not selling therefore the price needs to decrease, and I'm closing due to LACK of proof here, currrency items like these are a lot different from normal hats also
