Not necessarily. That gives you a ballpark price of what people are willing to sell for. If you have an unusual and are willing to sell for someones offer, that is kind of a price. Especially if there are only 2 of these unusuals in existence and 1 has been sold 1 time

I didn't either, but it could have been offered in a trade server or something. If not I don't understand why he would put it as a c/o if nobody offered it
