New hats are hard to judge. With that said I think that close to 10 pure is a decent price for this new effect as it seems to be the lowest anyone would take on outpost.

you have to list the offers the sellers got, or what they bought the hats for, not only the trades

well what they bought the hats for being new is hard to do, i would assume they are mostly sharked If not freshly unboxed, I myself payed about 8 pure for mine.

Where does the 13 high end come from?

a rough guess between what people say they will take at the lowest and B/os.

Ok, here's the problem. We can't be guessing here, it wouldn't be an accurate price for the hat. Whatever this is getting offered/sold for is good proof on what the hat is worth

Well again iv never done this before, but I do strike a problem with that. No one has sold one of these hats besides the one i bought and people only offer less then what it might be worth. Its hard to get a respectable offer these days.

Well, if you ever get a 13 bud offer, I will upvote this, but there aren't any 13 bud offers, 10-12 seems better

All you need to do is provide us proof of what you bought it for and include what you bought it for in the price. If any others have sold try to find out what they sold for also and factor that into the price also.

So.. what did you buy for then?

"People offer less than what it might be worth" this along with the fact that you paid "about 8 pure" makes this a bad suggestion.
