Why 11.9?
- 11.9 is the lowest offer on the second link that was considered.
Why 14?
- If I took the lowest and highest offer, it would be a massive range, so I took all the offers, and took the middle, which is around 14 buds.
quick question, if i were to submit a price for a new unusual hat/effect, and it was sold for an unusual, would i include a range? or would i just take the median price of the unusual and factor in overpay?

About the overpay, it's only necessary if they asked for unusual overpay. If it was sold for an unusual, that would be more solid proof, but the offers the hat gets is also good proof. Oh, and if the unusual had a range, or if the hat's offers are in a range, yes, you would need a range.
to be more specific, its a bolted bird cage with memory leak, so theres only one, and no price has been set. At that point, i would only base it off or known sales, correct? There was only 1 sale, being a g. fetti anger.
Look at the offers it's receiving. If it has none, it would take the price of what it was sold for.
