Adjustment to my previous suggestion XD

1 in existence, that I own. (Don't know why backpack.tf hasn't detected it yet)

The effect is very similar to scorching flames, one of the high tier effects.

Scorching spartan is 5.9 - 6.4 buds at the moment.

One trader offering his phosphorous scout set with sweets for my spartan, which he rejected a fetti team captain on his own trade, already ranging up to 5.4 buds.

I'm planning to get 6 pure for this hat, but will lower it to that of my current potential offer for now.

There is only 1 phosphorous spartan in existence.....I'm holding onto it...I have these offers available and will gladly take it if I want to? I don't understand how the offers, which will be the 'sale' price if I do take it, does not affect the price of this hat?

how much did you buy it for? That should be the exact price. The first chunk of the suggestion isnt necessary, cause its speculation. The price you bought it for should be the exact price of this unusual.

I bought it for blizzard tyrants and 1 bud pure. What I don't understand about your comment is that there is only one potential spartan on the market, and what I get as offers and 'sell' it for will be the new price. If there is only one item in existence, the price goes for what people are offering for it....

Blizz Tyrant=2.1-2.3 buds mid range=2.2* .9=1.98+1=2.98.

So you bought it for under 3 and then proceed to set the range for almost 6 without even a decent sale? I smell something fishy....hmmmmmm

Prices of these new robo effect hats have not been stabilised due to their scarcity. I don't see how I'm sharking...The first owner of this hat really liked my tyrants, and now I'm getting higher offers than my tyrants and buds....were you serious when you said I sharked?

Base your range off a sale

well, if thats the case, why didnt you set the range to be the lowest offer and the highest offer? Also, you didnt explain where you got your range from.

I cannot set it to my lowest offer, there are no prices set for the other robo effect unusuals. On the price range, http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/11128940, offered his scout set + "sweets" for my spartan. He rejected his scout set for the Fetti tc, which ranges up to 5.4 buds, which does not include the sweets offer. I hope that is ok with you?

4.275 *.9=3.8475=value of your hat with overpay

Where are you getting 5.4 buds max range? At least base your prices off the site if your going to bother suggesting here

Was 4.5 - 5.4 a few days ago, did not see the update in price, sry about that. And what's with the 10% degradation each time a transfer is done? You can't just take value off the hat for 'overpay' reasons. That's like saying for every trade, some overpay is required... There are always people out there who will pay for the actual price of the hat, it's just that many of the others would rather pay less. Everyone wants a discount, but that can't be used as a reducing agent for unusual values.

What you talkin bout. Its called overpay in unusuals/items...if you look at like 90% of outpost trades people ask for overpay Idk if its a new concept to you.

Thanks for pointing that out yourself. You say "like 90% of outpost trades people ask for overpay", that's because they want to either resell that unusual for profit/time sale compensation, or they want more value for their hat. You cannot negate the value of an item if someone "overpays" for other items. That's equivalent to everyone overpaying for EVERY other item on trades if it wasn't pure offers. You pointed this out - Not EVERY non pure trade requires overpay. I've had and seen plenty of trades where non pure equivalence is all that is needed. You're point is obsolete mate, you can't degrade value due to "overpay".
