You seem new here. My suggestion to you is to take a look at classifieds before suggesting. There are tons and tons for under 3 ref there.

On outpost, sellers vary from 3-3.33. It is odd to see a trade for less than 3, and those are usually gone within the minute. In addition, seeing one for over than 3.33 is odd, and barely any buyers for those.

look at all the half a key sellers dude.

Needs a lot more proof being sold @ 3.33. The 3 ref proof is rhetorical as 3 ref is already in the price range, downvote

Not enough proof, and they probably haven't risen yet. Soon, yes. But not a day after the sale (if its even over. I haven't checked). Though I've stockpiled 54 of these, I'll stay neutral unless you get more proof.

I know you people always balk when I try to bring logic into a suggestion, but this item just went on sale with the latest update. It's not going anywhere but down for quite some time (same with the robo-hats as they get more common.)

a whole bunch. since the item is so common, id guess atleast 10 trades sold for 3.33 and probably double that at 3 ref. and you have to show that under 3 ref is next to impossible to buy for

There's actually many willing sellers for 2.66. If you can find more successful sellers for 3.33, then 2.66 - 3.33 will be a better range. Staying neutral for now until you find more proof for 3.33.

Just sold two for 2.66

you sold 2 for 2.66? that proves nothing, to be honest. If you were able to sell it for high-end of suggestion price, then that would be proof. Either way, this doesn't really work out as proof or counter-proof.
