After appropriate criticism on my last suggestion, I have decided to re-submit my suggestion. The highest rejected offer was around 4.2 buds, while the only actual sale I could find was around 5 buds. I think that the range of 4.2 - 5 is fair as this is the first suggestion for this specific hat. Thanks to Convict and Infinity helping me out.
