Conclusion

1 Bud is rare, but possible

People are willing to pay 1 bud and 6 keys for it

Link 5/6/7: Most of the proof is retracted and, as you said, outliers. The only proof that is substantial is the offer of 16 keys + Shades + TC which, as you said, is a bit under a bud. Once again, in current range.

Link 8: So far the only thing that proves your proof. Refused 28.5 keys which is 0.5 keys past the current.

Im changing this to buds because buds are being offered more, and the current (and retracted) offers, offers in the low range are being denied right away, and offers in the high range are being considered.

Link 3: You have no proof of that. 1.2 buds in items equates to 1-1.1 budish after overpay. He probably wants pure instead of the hassle of selling.

Link 4: It's in the high end but it falls within the current range. If multiple people started offering 27-29 keys I'd agree but they're not.

Changing it to buds doesn't quite work as 1.1 buds is 27 keys and 1.2 buds is 29 keys. 1.15 buds is too much of a mouthful. I say it's good where it is, there's nothing that shows it going for more than 28. People are willingly letting it go for 1 bud, in the middle of the range. All offers past the current range have been retracted.

Link 4: And yet no 28 key offers or above. People aren't willing to go past that it seems. There have been none sold for more than 27 keys. That seems like the maximum people are wiling to pay.

You need to either find trades where people are offering 30-31 keys flat or find one that sold for more than 28 keys. Other than that, you really don't have a case for increasing the value of this hat.

In the links 5/6/7 there was 2 offers of 28 robo keys (about 30-31 keys) and 1 bud + 10 keys (34.5 keys)

They were all retracted. Retracted offers never really work on suggestions here. You really need to find some of those closed trades and find ones that have been sold at your current suggestion.

5: Looking for RoboCrate Keys. Since they are almost the same price as normal, it's in the same range (28 Keys)

All I saw from those links was that the current range looks alright.

28 robo keys are about 30-32 keys

Seeing as the Robo Keys are dropping like flies (I've been getting them for a Key and a Reclaimed, sometimes 1:1), I wouldn't say 30-32. Also 28.5, half a key over the price woooo, must change way higher.
