Time to do the suggestion right. Price is not extremely old but it is nearing a month.

SELLING/SOLD:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/11439742 Selling for 9 keys + 3 ref
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/11395131 Selling for 9 keys + 4.66 ref
Most sellers are unsold at 10 keys or they are going from 11 keys up to 1 bud either because of strange parts or because they listed it 1-5 months ago and haven't changed their price. Difficult to find many current sellers but this is what I have. Went through every page of both Outpost and Bazaar. I was originally going to go for 9-10 keys but 9.5-10 suits it better.
SUCCCESSFUL BUYERS:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8294036 Got 8 adds for S.F. Huntsman. Buying for 9 keys. 4 of those adds were a confirmed trade the others are unchecked but were still willing to sell for 9
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/7928298 Actually got 2 adds for 8 keys. One trade confirmed the other unchecked
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10497066 Confirmed purchase of S.F. Huntsman for 8 keys + 3 ref and another person interested but unconfirmed
Let me know what you think and thanks in advance for your feedback :)
If anyone would like to say the range is incorrect, I would appreciate counter-proof rather than just saying that range is wrong because you think so.
Why did people dislike this?
you got only 2 links with sellers below 10 keys, and both this links are pretty young.
unsold links are not really good proof, because when there are hundreds of people who sell for this 'firm' price, and this price as hight as 10 keys, it takes time to sell. And people who actually sold for 10 keys, just close they trades and you can't find them anymore.
You ask for counterproof, but your own proof is very weak, you base new range only on 2 sellers (both offline, first 9 hours, his trade is 10 hours old, and second offline is 1 day, as long as his trade exist.). Also you included few quickbuyers, that is moveton in price suggesting
There is some more proof.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/11348637 Sold for 9 keys + 2 ref w/ name + desc tag
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/11346338 Sold for 9 keys

Copy and paste from a reply to another person but here so you can see it.
How long the trade has been active has nothing to do with if the proof is valid for those. It shows that people are willing to sell for that. The amount of time the trade has been active does not affect a seller who is selling under the price.
1st link: how can you know if this guy sold it for what he asked or not?
2nd and 3rd links proove other open price suggestion, also 3rd link is 1 week old
4th link is same guy who in 3rd link.
Well link one one backpack.tf this user has numerous newly acquired keys and the huntsman is gone. I don't see how the petty argument of "You can't prove he sold it for that" is valid at all. Link 2 and 3 show that people sell it for less than 10 keys but I figured 9-10 was too far of a drop and people would not like that now. I instead chose 9.5-10 but people not realizing they can still sell their precious S.F. Huntsmans for 10 keys considering it is still in the range, lost their sh*t on here. Either way there will still be sellers for below 9 keys and still successful buyers. Link 4 I'm sorry aout that I did not realize it was the same person.
sorry, i was to lazy to check bp.tf profiles of traders from first trade, i just didn't seen current owners responces in this trade.
About this price suggestions, i think it'll drop anyway soon, but for now you just don't have enought proof to represent whole market. You can collect it for next suggestion, anyway. Or maybe this will pass, dunno, but i downvote.
No problem man haha. Well it has been dropping so I figured people would agree with this since its a smaller drop but so far apparently not. There isn't much to go off of for this item. There are 13 pages on outpost which is quite a bit, but the majorty are people who don't care to change their pprices after 5 months haha. There are still people selling this for 25+ keys. Then the rest are unsold at 10 or a few selling for 9.whatever. I figured that would be enough to change it but if not eh o well I can wait a few weeks and if it isn't already dropped I'll make another. That is if this doesn't pass of course haha.
call me a noob but arnt S.F supossed to rise only? because you wont be able to get them anymore (i justy bought 1 for 10 keys was pretty hard to get 1 actually)
No S.F.'s don't rise only. S.F. Huntsman was 16-25 keys at one point. S.F. Holy Mackerel used to be 8-12 keys as well. Come on you should know these things you dumb noob! Nah I'm only kidding haha but thank you for the question. Better to ask than to not :)
Considerng these things will be double their current price (at least) by Christmas they will go up in price.
The links of people buying it for 8 keys isn't valid cause its Quickbuyers, and show more proof it can sell for 9.5 not something lower, your proof has to match the range that you made
I apoligize for the ones below 9 keys. But as I stated, most sellers on outpost are unsold at 10 keys for a good amount of time or they are people who have not changed their price from 1-5 months ago. That shows that 10 keys is difficult to sell. 10 is still included in the range however because the majority sell it for that but are not successful.
There is some more proof.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/11348637 Sold for 9 keys + 2 ref w/ name + desc tag
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/11346338 Sold for 9 keys

Your range is 9.5 not 9, if you added 9 in the range I would upvote
Some of the links has 10 keys offers and the selling link aren't far from the range..
anyone buying below 9 keys is considered quickbuy
and I kinda noticed you kinda have to take time to sell sf festive like these these aren't like 2 ref , 3 ref items that easily sold
staying neutral for now
and yeah I don't think unsold are solid proof , my strange grenade launcher suggestion has tons of unsold proof but little buying proof , even though has positive votes its rejected
Yes they are not far from the range that is why 10 is still included in the range. 9 keys is also only 10% off of the current price which is not a quick-buy. Quick-buys are typically 20-40% off.
Did you look at that picture? Because I put that link to the classifieds in my proof (Shows you probably didn't actually read it : /). There is one for 3 days and another for 6 unsold at 10.
3-day-old is sold FYI
Okay great it just sold after 3 days. I never once said 10 keys does not sell at all that is why I included it in the range. It is difficult to sell for 10 keys.
Maybe, but this is to be considered an expensive item, like the Strange Gunslinger but not as sought after, which means that unsolds are not such good proof.
And regarding your 5 links of other trades:
First and second, the ones selling for slightly below 10 keys have not been up for very long (10 hours and 1 day)
The 2 first buyer links are quicksellers
Last link is a reseller http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/11439784
I cannot way I see that this item regularly sells for under 10 keys, more would need to be sold under 10 to bring down the price IMO.
Shortly:
Rare items, unsolds are not really sufficient
Cheaper sellers: Too young trades
Buyers: Quickbuyers that believe they can resell for 10 keys, which means they must be able to sell at this price.
For the moment I am sorry to downvote, I actually thought I would have to upvote this.
I can get the second buyer but how is the first in anyway a quick buyer?
"Gifted ? Unwanted ? Shit ? Needs Keys ?"
4 months old trade means it's not for private use
Paying under the suggested bottom price
Has another trade where he resells - http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/11082194
Do I need to say more?
Stop pointlessly deflating these items. I almost sold mine for 12 keys a few days ago. Better alert the press.
Wow! One person almost selling it for 12 keys? I guess that means all of the proof is invalid! Well since you *almost* sold it for 12 keys you should definitely raise the price. Don't take into consideration the numerous people selling it for lower and the fact that the one person could have not been familiar with the current price considering it was worth 12 keys just a few weeks ago. I love you people. You leave a negative comment and down-vote for your own benefit rather than actually look at proof. I am sorry but this just really annoys me on this site. By all means you are allowed to down-vote that is your choice. But if it is for a stupid reason than keep it to yourself and just down-vote. Don't post something useless. "Oh I almost sold mine overpriced so you're wrong!"

some are going quick for 10keys
There are standing trades at 9 keys + 3 ref and 9 keys + 4.66 ref. With standing willing sellers around the 9.5 keys range, a small decrease does seem to be in order, and the votes agree. The competing suggestion of 9-10 keys calls into question whether 9 keys is a quicksell, and so with few trades at that particular low range, a more conservative drop seems to be in order.
Therefore, accepting this over the 9-10 key suggestion.
