I was searching for a Green Fetti Private Eye, and I only found two on the market. I think it's price should be increased.

Here's the only ones I found:

The outpost offer had a few offers, most of them were about 1bud.

But for being very rare in the market, I think it's price should increase a bit.

This is my first suggestion on backpack.tf, by the way. :)

The last comment suggested a Blizzardy Storm Noir and Pink Spats. That's a bit more than a Bud, if you take both unusuals at mid-price. ;)
