I used to own an O. Planets KE, I just sold it today and personally I think it really needs a bump. Just for ease I'm using mid-range backpack prices for all unusuals, and that calculating out overpay. Also there's a bunch of offers with new unusuals and new effects which are too unstable so I'm just ignoring them.

For the proof I'll start with my own trades

I ending up selling my hat for O. Fire Bubble (2.2) + Stormy Stahlhelm (1.9) 4.1 buds or 3.7 without overpay. Just for people wondering why I took this offer when I have better offers below, it's because I had the hat on reserve for the guy in the second link.

Most of the other trades are just repeats of offers, but in general there's definitely enough offers above the current range to constitute a bump, I also tried looking for some completed trades, but I couldn't really find any proof for recent completed trades, besides my own.
