2 seems fair, having a b.o and not being able to justify it is not logical at all.

Someone on op has a roboactive wraith up for trade, his b.o is 25 but none of his offers are remotely close to that.

Not entirely sure of why you need to have an update either way.

Because it's 3 months old, and the lower end should be closer to 2 buds IMO. And also, even if it were just suggesting the same price, providing proof that the current range is still good is useful to know, as old prices have a tendency to be inaccurate.

Sure, but being a price checking website, and one that prides itself on reporting the most recent prices, it's reassuring to see proof that the price is a) accurate, b) recent.
