I think it should cost like that , because the effect is really good with the hat it self .
And there not that much hats like this .
Only that i have it :P
making a price then .
Um...has it ever occurred to you that you can get a Burning snaggle for around 5 buds?
Dafuq would anyone pay 8 buds for something that is clearly only ever going to drop in value?
Until you recieve offers in your suggested range, please dont make up something
BTW Your trades
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/11364839 (b/o 7 buds)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/11448130 (b/o 7-7.5 buds)
If you cant even get 7 buds what makes you think you can go for 8?
It's [/u], not [u/].
That said, to make this comment relevant, no-one cares about logic. What is cared for, is proof of sold items. OP, find proof, then submit. And Derpeh, please constrain logic to places where it can be applied (eg. not price suggestions).
Fixed! thanks for the correction :)
Sick of people highballing new unusuals, regardless my comment still stands :)
Fix that [/u] thing :p
Anyway, soo true. Those robo-effects are going to drop pretty soon, so no point of getting them soo fast. I don't think anyone would want to pay 4 buds for your hat @Alex.
Im pretty sick and tired of people getting an new unsual effect and think they can highball as much as they can, being 1 of 1 doesnt mean you make prices (no point having a ridiculous b/o if no one buys) and they will all drop. smart people stay away from new effects.
"I think"
Lad, opinions will never work here.
If you can actually prove that you can sell it for the price, then give us the evidence! Like the source of the trade. Outpost, bazaar, picture on a single trade that has been done in steam. Since now, both of your trades are unsuccessful. Such a tragic thing that there are to many highballers. Well, everyone wants profit.
I think it should cost a scrap, because I don't like this hat.
Does it means it should cost a scrap? No.
maybe if you saw it ? in person mabe you'd see how cool it looks .
I could just say, that backpack.tf is not a place for speculation and opinions. We need proof of the market, nothing else.
^This guy
By the way, your trade on outpost says 7 buds. So, why suggest 8.2 + Without any range anyway?
You should close this, not gonna pass.
I can't understand what proof , if i'm the only one holding this hat .
can you explain me deeper ?
You need "proof" of offers you had on this hat. Noone even offered you anything yet, so that means you can't make a suggestion without any proof.
btw lol, you deleted the 7 buds b/o and set it back to 8.
What he means to say, is that backpack.tf attempts to price based upon what the majority of the community values the hat as, not what one person values it as. You may want 8 buds, but until it is sold for that price, showing multiple people willing to pay it by doing so, or gets offers, there is no feasible way to price it.
Or maybe I'm going insane from not having slept for (going on) three days.
Basically no point having a high b/o if no one ever buys
You have to prove that the hat can be bought for the suggested range. You most prove it that you can sell it for the suggested range. That anyone can sell it for the suggested range, and succeed.

"I'll be selling thiz Zsexy hat , for a price of 7-7.5 BUDZ offer . ( no need pure ) just wat i'm trading for at teh top"
He also says no need for pure, but you can only offer in buds, max, bills, and keys. Lol.
So yeah, 8.2 buds sounds totally right guys
Please read the rules (again) before you suggest a new price: http://backpack.tf/vote?showrules=1
