by your logic, none item should have a range then. if some hat has a range of 1.33-1.66, why does it have 1.66 in it? you can have it for cheaper? it's dumb. if it has an 8-9 keys range, that means it still sells for both ends of the range, unless you prove it wrong, that's what u need to do.

I've had several suggestions accepted where people have been offering 2.33 on an item where most sellers are 2 ref, or sellers at a key have success while sellers at 5 ref don't.

You can't assume everyone actually searches through every trade for the best deal, since that is extremely wrong.
