I'm the only owner of this hat, I have my buyout set at 7, and after talking with many people on TF2-Trader and -Gov- servers, it appears as though electrostatic is right about equal with circling hearts, and the circling hearts sloper is currently 7.3-7.6, so I'll suggest a bit below that. I haven't got many offers just yet, but some person wanted me to add 1 bud to his time warp cold killer, but I refused because at the time i wasnt sure of new effects and how they fall into the tier list. He sold the killer for a roboactive tyrannus + 1 bud + sweets, and one of the notable offers on the roboactive tyrannus (which was rejected) was a sunbeams tyrannus + 2 pure (which is 9, plus he got 1 bud in addition to it for his killer. That means he was offered 10 buds, for his killer, and wanted one bud in addition to my slope, which means he valued my slope at 9, and offered 9 on it.

But still, the Cold Killer offer is pretty legit.

Just because I set my buyout at seven doesnt mean I'm trying to get max price.
No I don't have any other proof, its still a very new hat. This is just a rough range on what I'm currently seeing.
Shit, I had my mindset completely messed up, my buyout was 7 in festives (I am collecting festives, so I had the buyout lower in hopes of getting more festives) 8 in pure, and 9 in unusual
Fine, doing some more proof, this is the earliest price I could find on it, the first 2 owners used it to upgrade their modests, he Had offers of 7 mixed, and quicksold it for 6, he's really the only owner that has a trade that can be confirmed, I got it as part of a trade, where I traded 18 buds worth of unusuals for, and I valued it at 7 at the time, before I realized it was higher up on the tier list.

I think you should wait for more offers or an actual trade before pricing this hat...
I was just offered a SF Scatter + SF Rocket + 2 pure + sweets by a guy who added me, its worth about 6.8 all together.
and 6.8 (with overpay) some how equals 9?
I'm just saying I'm getting offered around 7, am I wrong in saying the the lower end of the range is supposed to be made up of what people offer you, and the higher end is what people want out of their hat? I'm just trying to keep this updated.
also, I'd like to point out that i don't consider it overpay, I consider his offer to be as good as pure, as I am working on a festive collection and needed everything he offered.
I would say wait until you sold it. Basing it on offers from other hats offers which got that offer is everything else than straight forward.
