Been offered buds multiple times.

Also, all other owners have been offered a clean burning chieftans.

I just feel the hat needs to be updated a bit

if a HOUWAR is 11-12, why is 12 not in the range?

because houwars prices fluctuate, and i dont have any information on the hat itself, ie clean or not, history etc.

I feel like it staying 11-12 buds for 2 months is a pretty stable price...maybe just me

We take the low or middle for a Houwar. He's taken the low end due to the multiple 11 bud offers - setting it to a common offer and a sale is very solid proof.
