3 month old price (this is my first ever suggestion)
proof:
In the Classifieds, there is an orange one for 1.38 keys
There is a lime one for 1.5 keys
There is a gold one for 1.5 keys (these all show how the item is not worth 1.5 anymoe, since if people are ready to sell it with high tier paint for 1.5, it obviously won't be able to sell normal for 1.5!)
Proof that isn't selling for 1.5 keys:

Well, this is my proof. Thank you for reading.
can you show sellers for 1 key?
i have found numerous buyers for 1 key, but i dont know how to check hidden trades so im not sure if i can find sellers for 1 key.
Some of your links are too young. Others are bumped 4 days ago last time. Also you have provided unsold at 2 keys. That is not valid.
I dont see any 1 key sale
I would say 60% of your links are invalid.
they are unsold at bp.tf price with paints..paints make hats higher...i show unsold at bp.tf price and i show people who try to sell it for less than bp.tf and still unsold!
Paints dont matter.
By your logic Bills should be 7 keys because painted ones are unsold at 8 keys. Nobody cares about paints
then why do most painted things sell higher than unpainted?
*sigh, you just dont get it
bills is 8 keys because painted unsold at 9 keys
white/black bills are 10 keys
TS bills are 9 keys
the majority of your links are painted, you can't use painted items as proof as paint isn't added as the full price, some people quicksell painted items as they are hard to sell for more.
can you show proof of sales at 1 key?
cant check for completed trades so i dont know what to do.
yes you can if you check the item history and look at previous owners
Unsolds aren't valid proof. Painted items need to be treated with extreme care, prices are based off unpainted items while the amount of value that paint adds can vary significantly depending on item. Without sellers at 1 key, 1 key should not be in range.
so do you think i should remake it at 1.2 - 1.4 keys?
Giving a second look, the only place you have 1.2 is in a quickbuyer trade. It looks like 1.5 is working just fine right now, I'd recommend closing and leaving be.
Forgive english, I am russia. Translating on google of translate. But I digress. On the contrary, I believe Redino's suggestion as to a better understanding of the capabilities of the buying, selling, and distributing of the Vintage Scotsman's Stovepipe is highly accurate in many such scenarios as-- wait did you say unsold trades don't count as proof? And paint doesn't matter at all?
Enough time has been given.
As mentioned before, there is not enough proof for either the 1 key or the 1.2 key point to validate this new price. Proof relies too much on unsolds and painted items, both very poor proofs and neither of which can alone be the foundation of a suggestion..
Closing for insufficient evidence.
