Time for another drop, despite the number of trades selling at 2.33 ref, it doesn't seem to make sales at that price.
Sellers at 2 ref:

Unsold at below 2 ref:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/11473268 (1.66)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/11469866 (1.66, may not have gone through)
Buyers were a bit more tricky, as there were tons of quickbuyers at 1.66, but I was able to find at least a bit.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/11336357 buying at 2 ref, multiple adds.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10519371 someone willing to sell at 1.88 (scroll to bottom)
Unsolds:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/11241386 Unsold for a week at 2.22
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/11412399 Unsold for 3 days at 2.33, no offers.

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/11372712 Low craft #, still unsold/no offers for 4 days.
More proof may be added as time goes on.

EDIT: You know I'm just messing with you.
*cough* Sorry *cough* for NOT being such an amazing trader on TF2.
Not your fault. Instead, I blame how scraps are in a system of nine, not ten, so instead of 10 scraps to a ref, it's 9. That means that weapons should technically be worth .055 as well, to fully equal a scrap. Of course, the .11 is rounded too, it should go on forever, or we should use fractions, like 1/9. What a weird economy the tf2 world is.
Metal is actually falling.
Yeah, it's falling in USD, but the backbone of the economy in metal will stay strong. 2 weapons for a scrap, 3 scrap for a rec, 3 rec for a ref, 1.33 ref for a hat, those will stay consistent.
Scrap.tf selling craft hats 1.22 each :/
Anyway yea, I wish TF2 Economy could stay the way it was, but now that Players themselves ruined it soo much.
scrap.tf is selling at 1.33
Strange, they were selling them 1.22 days ago.
Nope, they was, now they are back to 1.33
