I definitely agree that it needs a drop, but maybe even more of one? Your proof shows that they aren't even going for around 6 keys, perhaps 6-7 could be a better range.

for a high prices unique item, i think a graual drop better, also, there is only 1 seller for 6 keys which is insufficient for 6-7 range
