You;ve suggested the exact same price as it was before, why should we upvote?
Because if you go to the unusual pricing section you'll notice a red exclamation mark there. http://backpack.tf/unusuals/518/Anger (for example). This means the price is outdated, and if proof shows the unusual is still going for the price that was suggested from a long time ago, then it can be refreshed.
Example: http://backpack.tf/vote/id/51a3104d4bd7b80f31000006 (originally I suggested 3.3-3.7, but due to currency getting fucked up, the prices of unusuals flucuate)
