Most other offers consist of unpriced new unusuals or offers that appear to be low and not even considered. Please don't tell me overpay needs to be included, I have taken slight amounts off each offer and in reality the hats were prices based on the pure value so unusual overpay is technically unecessary. The first offer is a bit of an outlier so the range was cut down on that part a bit. With that in mind, the low-end was increased as the houwar was also an outlier and was an untaken pure offer.

I disagree. The offers that were retracted were only retracted because they bought something else, not because they decided the hat wasn't worth it. And the offers must be legitimate, as listing fake offers is against tf2op rules.
I agree with do0octor, gotta wait to it sells at least once. Might be worth more than your range

Very well. I contacted the person about my offer and they agreed to trade me in the case that I add 50 refined. Therefore, it can only be worth 50 refined more than the TC + rose or ~13.3 buds, which does fit into the range.
So from where the 13.2 come from?

Because he has offers that make the range differenciate. Even if only one was sold, there were prior offers worth more and less.
